The new Twilight Saga film has broken this years records already – taking in £11.7m between Friday and Sunday. The US Box Office has also taken in a years best 142.8 million $ this weekend, much higher than initially predicted!

New Moon is being shown at cinemas across the country with many fans going on a number of sittings to digest this fangtastic followup to the initial Twilight film.

DVD details have also begun to be released, Chris Weitz the films director has leaked that commentary by himself , Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner will be included on the forthcoming release along with 20 minutes of deleted footage that never made it to the final cut. The expected New Moon DVD release date is to be released soon, watch this space for more details.
